At The Black Door, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. You can return or exchange any product within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us and we will provide further instructions.
Exchanges
If you're returning a product, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment once we receive the returned item. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
